Agreed. I think Anna did a good job and with a pretty quick turn around. I mean this whole thing started on what, Saturday and is in print on Thursday. Not bad at all.

The only part I couldn't understand is that why if this woman was 'so incensed' she waited a couple of months (from the Bulletin story) and then friends had to coax her into contacting the owner.
