So I'm back from my working vacation in
California. And happy about it too. There's
really nothing quite like the fresh mountain
air of Central Oregon, its clear blue skies
that are never tainted by smog or excessive
dust, and the clean dryness that is oh-so-refreshingly
different from the moldy, buggy, and perpertually
damp climate of ole' Sonoma County...
I did however have the palatable pleasure of
doing a
food shoot for my friends at
Canape
Catering while I was down there - which
got me heavily considering specializing my
photography on the food sector... most of all
because I got to actually EAT all the food
after the shoot ... yummm!
Tropical Strawberry Sorbet anybody?
Or how about some
Lemon Chicken Crepe Roulades, Feta Phyllo Pouches,
and fried Wontons stacked with Ahi, Spicy
Sprouts, Ginger, and Sesame Seeds?
And maybe some
Scallops & Rissoto Cake on a bed of Spinach, with a Coconut Curry Sauce
after that?
Yeah. I thought so.
