The Web is a whacky place sometimes.

When I wrote my frustrated rant a few weeks back about the world's most unpleasant PR person, I never expected to hear anything back from it.

Seems though that the link to the article travelled in mysterious ways and ended up in several, unrelated blogs - like this one on marketing strategy, and this one by a Swedish PR guy - both of them congratulating me on writing the post.

Hmmmm. Somehow seems odd to me. But hey.

In other faintly related news - seems Jack Nicklaus' PR folks picked up on Barney Lernten's excellent article on the opening of Jack's Signature Golf Course at Pronghorn, and posted it on the home page of his site. A fortunate side effect of that was that my pic got posted there too - with photo credit!

Alert reader and blogger extraordinaire Jake Ortman however pointed out that when someone googles "Emerald Bay Photography", all kinds of other stuff comes up before my actual site.

Guess I need to get a plan together on how I can move the site up in Google. And it sure would be nice to have a "Testimonial" page too - kinda like the Raves page I had for my post- O'Reilly resume. So if any alert readers want to contribute - hey, by all means....
